To apply for enrollment at Celebration please print and complete the appropriate application.
To be eligible for our 2’s program, the child must be 2 by September 1.
To be eligible for our 3’s program, the child must be 3 by September 1.
To be eligible for our 4’s program, the child must be 4 by September 1.
To be eligible for our 5’s+ program, the child must be 5 by September 1.Applications are accepted BY MAIL ONLY and should be postmarked NO EARLIER than
December 5, 2023.

month’s tuition with your application. This check will be deposited when an offer of
placement has been made and accepted.
If you are applying for our 5’s+ program NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. First month’s tuition
will be due upon acceptance of the offer of placement.
