To apply for enrollment at Celebration, please print and complete the appropriate application. To be eligible for our 2’s program, the child must be 2 by September 1. To be eligible for our 3’s program, the child must be 3 by September 1. To be eligible for our 4’s program, the child must be 4 by September 1.
Applications are accepted BY MAIL ONLY and should be postmarked NO EARLIER than December 5 of the preceding school year. Mail applications to: Celebration Preschool, 60 55th Street, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514. First month’s tuition will be due upon acceptance of an offer of placement.
